Visual Enterprise
is designed for workstations with Windows Vista or later and servers running Windows Server 2008R2 or later. All Windows versions are supported as long as the latest Windows Service Packs are installed. To date, the best performance and easiest setup have been experienced with Windows Server 2016 and Windows 10 (x64). The software can be applied in three different basic configurations:
On premise
  The software is installed on each local workstation and the data on the server. In this situation, there is a CAL (Client Access License) for each workstation required.
Terminal Server
  The software is installed on the terminal server. For each workstation there is also a CAL needed. However, it is possible to choose for a server bound RAL (Remote Access License). In that case, there can be worked from any workstation without activation or registration.
Hosted
  The software is rented and used on the Internet. In that case, there is no need for configuration, installation, system management or backup schedules. The costs are calculated per user depending on actual use. Click: Enterprise Online for more information.
