Mate is the assistant of the bookkeeper focused on the management of debtors and creditors. Repetitive work like making payments to creditors or sending payment reminders to debtors will be taken care of. With a click of a button all payments and reminders will be sent, printed, faxed or e-mailed with a PDF attachement.

Furthermore, with Mate (with the eTax option) the dutch VAT and ICP declaration is fully taken care of. Different lists, statements as payment history, ICP listings, labels and mailings possible.

Mate also offers extensive reporting capabilities with data obtained through XML Web Services, OLE DB providers and ODBC drivers. All reports, surveys, forms and layouts are RTF files and can be edited using applications like Microsoft Word.
